I’m turning 40 soon and I’m trying to figure out what I’m going to do for my birthday. Let’s see, lunch, shopping, a movie …….. It’s been a while since I had a massage. I might take the day off work and slink about and shop and spoil myself. My massage therapist is just the best massage therapist on the Central Coast. She knows just where all those nasty spots are and afterwards, I always feel like I could curl up in a ball and go to sleep!

If you’re a lazy bugger, she has a mobile massage service and she can come to you!

The Ladakh label is so hard to find in shops, and if you’re ever lucky enough to find someone who stocks it, they never end up having what you want, or if they do, it’s not available in your size.

Freez Clothing in Sydney are one of the biggest Ladakh stockists around, and have two shops, but alas, I don’t live in Sydney. Luckily, they have an online shop and they have pretty much the entire range of Ladakh online.
